Friendship is a complex relationship that can be difficult to navigate. Friendships often ebb and flow, and it’s easy for connections to become one-sided. But whether you have one best friend or many acquaintances, friendship remains an essential part of life.

You may have fewer friends than you used to, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t as important as ever. Healthy friendships are beneficial no matter your age; research suggests that close friends can help you live longer and happier.

Friendships add value to our lives in many ways; they bring joy, support, trust, and love into our world. Friends are those who inspire us and make us laugh until we cry.
