  • Start taking tasks that you will normally turn down because of fear: The primary way that you can improve your self-confidence at work is by tackling your fears by assuming jobs that you wouldn’t want to do on normal bases due to fear and lack of confidence in yourself and another way of overcoming lack of confidence is by working on things that keep you scared.
  • Try the best you can to improve on your job skill and be of great value to your company or business.  Every company want good and reliable workers especially the ones that are true and honest to their job and go extra mile to enhance their place which is always the best for the company or business. This kind of situation normally boosts your confidence automatically and it will help you in making a lot of money eventually.
  • There are always conflict at work one way or the other and if you make  it a point of duty to help in solving conflict at work and this way your self-esteem will improve and your confidence in yourself  will increase your value by others and this will boost your self-esteem.  If you have this logo at workplace then you will end up being the man in your workplace and this is very good for any business or work environment.

  • Contributing to general office discussions will help in many ways to boost your self-confidence and holding back on general conversation because of lack of confidence  will hinder you in many ways.  If you think that discussions made by others has more value than yours then you have to think again.

TO BE BRAVE COMES FROM THE HEART AND IT TAKES A LO TO BE COURAGEOUS  AND THIS PROCESS HELPS US TO ACCOMPLISH  AND ACHIEVE WHATEVER WE WANT OR DESIRE. FEAR OTHERWISE HOLDS US DOWN MAKING IT DIFFICULT OR NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO CONCENTRATE AND DUE TO FEAR WE END UP NOT ACHIEVING OUR GOALS WHICH WILL KEEP HUNTING US EVENTUALLY DUE TO GUILT, BUT WITH BEING BRAVE WE HAVE THE MIND, ZEAL AND DETERMINATION TO TAKE RISKS. AS FAR AS LIFE IS CONCERNED ” NOTHING VENTURE NOTHING GAINED” BUT IT TAKES DETERMINATION AND COURAGE TO GET THERE NO MATTER WHAT WE WANT. SOMETIMES WE HAVE A GOAL, WE WANT TO DO SOMETHING, BUT DUE TO FEAR WE ABANDON WHATEVER IT IS.

A BRAVE PERSON IS NEVER AFRAID OF CHANGES OR WHATEVER LIFE HAS TO OFFER AND WITH THIS POLICY IN MIND, IT CATAPULTS TO A LOT OF PROGRESS AND SUCCESS, BUT FEAR TO MOVE, JUMP, SING, PLAY, EXPERIMENT, MAKE EFFORT AND MAKE RESEARCH MAKES YOU TO BE STAGNANT AND EVENTUALLY NOT ACHIEVING A THING WHILE YOUR PEERS ARE PROGRESSING.

WE ALL HAVE DIFFERENT KINDS OF FEAR ONE WAY OR THE OTHER, FEAR TO LOSE, FEAR OF FAILURE, FEAR OF CRITICISM, FEAR OF REJECTION, FEAR OF LOOSING YOUR PARTNER, FEAR OF LOVING AND THEN LOOSING AND FEAR WE KNOW CUTS DEEPER THAN SWORD AND IT TAKES A LOT OF EFFORT TO BE BRAVE AFTER LIVING IN FEAR FOR A VERY LONG TIME, BUT WITH ENCOURAGEMENT AND DETERMINATION, YOU CAN OVERCOME ALL FEARS AND END UP BEING BRAVE, THEREBY MAKING LIFE A PLEASANT PLACE FOR YOU. SOME PEOPLE UNDERESTIMATE THEMSELVES DUE TO FEAR AND THIS MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO ACHIEVE A FRACTION OF WHAT THEY ARE CAPABLE OF, BECAUSE THEY ARE AFRAID TO TRY. ANYBODY CAN OVERCOME FEAR  AND BE BRAVE EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN FEARFUL FOR A VERY LONG TIME. IT TAKES DETERMINATION, EFFORT AND COURAGE TO ACHIEVE OUR GOALS AND HEART DESIRES. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TO HAVE FOCUS, DETERMINATION AND BE BRAVE OR HAVE THE COURAGE TO MAKE EFFORT, NO MATTER WHAT WE WANT.

WHAT BRINGS ABOUT NERVOUSNESS?

WHAT MAKES YOU NERVOUS? AND HOW DO YOU HANDLE IT?

NERVOUSNESS ARISES AS A RESULT OF MANY THINGS,BUT IT IS SOMEHOW COMPLICATING LOOKING UP WHAT COULD BE THE CAUSE OF NERVOUSNESS,THE QUESTION IS COULD IT BE FEAR,REALITY OR UNCERTAINTY? ESPECIALLY WHAT YOU DONT KNOW MAKES YOU NERVOUS.

THE CELLS THAT MAKE UP THE NERVOUS SYSTEM ARE CALLED NEURONS(A CELL, OR NERVE CELL),LONG,STRINGY NEURONS ARE PERFECT FOR CARRYING THE ELECTRICAL MESSAGES THAT ARE THE “LANGUAGE” OF THE NERVOUS SYSTEM.

UNHAPPINESS MIGHT ARISE AS A RESULT OF  NERVOUSNESS AND “HAPPINESS LIES NOT IN THE MERE POSSESSION OF MONEY” AND TO RECOGNIZE “THE FALSITY OF MATERIAL WEALTH AS THE STANDARD OF SUCCESS”, “THE ONLY THING WE HAVE TO FEAR, IS FEAR ITSELF.”

THE VERY RICH ARE NO HAPPIER THAN THE MERELY RICH,FOR THE OTHER 99  PERCENT OF US,HAPPINESS IS GREATLY ENHANCED BY A FEW QUAINT ASSETS,LIKE SHELTER,SUSTENANCE,AND SECURITY,THOSE WHO THINK THE MATERIAL IS IMMATERIAL HAVE PROBABLY NEVER STOOD IN A BREAD-LINE.

THAT HAPPINESS IS DOWN AND SADNESS IS UP,THAT WE ARE GETTING LESS SLEEP AND SMOKING MORE CIGARETTES,THAT DEPRESSION IS ON THE RISE.

SOMETHING THAT MAKES ME NERVOUS IS MEETING A NEW GROUP THAT I HAVE TO WORK WITH,I KEEP WONDERING: AM I WELCOME HERE? WHO KNOWS?!,I OFTEN HAVE NEW CLIENTS AND THAT’S NO PROBLEM.BUT WHEN I HAVE TO GO ON SITE AND FIT IN WITH A TEAM,I GET NERVOUS.EVEN THOUGH I LOVE DOING IT.WEIRD

THERE ARE DIFFERENT WAYS TO HANDLE NERVOUSNESS:

THE WAYS I “HANDLE” IT ARE  MOSTLY TYPICAL -NAIL-BITING,THE RACING HEART, ETC. I DONT REALLY GET PAST THE NERVOUS UNTIL I FEEL LIKE I FIT IN,AND TO DO THAT,I NEED TO HAVE COLLEAGUES.

I CAN JOKE ARROUND WITH PEOPLE WHO APPRECIATE MY SENSE OF HUMOR.TO BE HONEST:THERE ARE PLACES WHERE MY SENSE OF HUMOR HAS NO EFFECT AND I’VE WORKED IN THEM.SO I SPEND MY FIRST FEW DAYS AT A NEW LOCATION TRYING MY HUMOR ON WITH PEOPLE,UNTIL I WORK OUT WHO GETS IT AND WHO DOESNT.ONCE THAT’S SETTLED,I CAN FORGET THE NERVOUSNESS BECAUSE I KNOW THAT,AT LEAST IN SOME AREAS,I BELONG.

AN UNCERTAIN FUTURE LEAVES US STRANDED IN AN UNHAPPY PRESENT WITH NOTHING TO DO BUT WAIT.IF I AM  ASKED WHAT REALLY MAKES ME NERVOUS? I THINK I WILL TELL THEM THAT  DRIVING ON THE FREEWAY DURING RUSH HOUR MAKES ME NERVOUS.ITS PRETTY MUCH TRUE AND ITS A REASONABLE ANSWER.
